How does a scientific idea become an innovation? What enables a technological solution to attract investment, reach the market and create a tangible impact on society and the economy?

The “I³ FTMC: Idea. Innovation. Impact” Innovation Forum will bring together leaders from science and business, technology developers, investors, start-up representatives and decision-makers for a shared discussion on how innovations emerge, grow and make an impact.

The programme is built around three key pillars of the innovation journey:

  • Idea – ideas that shape the future. The programme will feature discussions and presentations on the role of science in strengthening national competitiveness, the importance of investment, deep technology (deep tech), the growth of science-based start-ups and emerging technology trends.

  • Innovation – collaboration to develop new solutions. Participants will hear about the experiences of FTMC researchers, discover interdisciplinary projects and stories of innovation, and discuss how to build a strong technology ecosystem.

  • Impact – the impact of bold decisions. Business leaders and technology developers will share their success stories and lessons learned from failure, offering practical insights into how Lithuania’s next innovation success stories can emerge.

Forum participants can look forward to inspiring presentations, panel discussions, open discussion sessions, technology showcases, presentations by start-ups and researchers, as well as ample opportunities to build new connections across the science, business and investment communities.

The forum programme will be announced shortly. Stay tuned for updates.
