LASER-PRO Invitation to Online Training “Validation of Commercial Potential”

The LASER-PRO project partner Innovation Agency Lithuania invites to participate in online practical training dedicated to the assessment of the commercial potential of innovation and research-based ideas.

Strong ideas and promising research results create real value only when they meet market needs. This training provides a structured and practical approach to early-stage assessment of market needs, helping participants make informed decisions before entering the commercialization process.

The training is designed for those seeking to better understand the market potential of their solutions and reduce commercialization risks. Participants will gain practical tools to test ideas, analyze customer needs, and assess the competitive landscape.

Participants will learn about:

• a clear framework for identifying real customer problems
• practical validation methods (customer interviews, experiments, MVP development)
• tools for market and competitor analysis
• methods for translating research results into market value propositions
• expert insights into common mistakes and how to avoid them

The training will conclude with an interactive Q&A session.

The workshop will be delivered by Thomas Blekman, co-founder of the „Unknown University of Applied Sciences“ in The Hague. He has extensive experience in executive education and has been an entrepreneur himself since 2005. At the university he co-founded, 70% of students graduate with a running business.
