Abstract
The main goal of the research application is developing the microfluidic chip with multiple detection modules for evaluation of nsPEF (nanosecond duration pulsed electric field) induced gene expression suitable for melanoma gene therapy and treatment of protein by PEF. To handle the solution in a small chambers and treat by PEF at the same time is still challenging.
