Young scientists get married on the roof of the Faculty of Physics at Vilnius University

On the hot afternoon of 9 June, Karolis Adomavičius, a PhD student at FTMC, and Rūta Urbonavičiūtė, a PhD student at Vilnius University (VU), get married. The rings were exchanged in an unusual place - on the roof of the VU Faculty of Physics.
 
Karolis works at the Department of Optoelectronics at FTMC, is a specialist in laser physics, and holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree from the VU Physics Faculty.
 
Rūta also graduated there, her specialty is astrophysics. She is a member of the Astrospectroscopy group of VU.
