FTMC Welcomed Representatives from the Eureka Network and the Research Council of Lithuania

On 26 February, FTMC hosted a delegation from the Eureka Network Secretariat together with representatives of the Research Council of Lithuania.

Eureka is the world’s largest intergovernmental network of countries supporting international research, development, and innovation. The organisation brings together ministries and funding agencies from 47 countries. Its mission is to provide companies, universities, and research institutes with access to funding, business development tools, and expert guidance, thereby fostering innovation excellence and promoting economic growth.

Eureka offers a range of programmes for the scientific and business communities, and one of the aims of the visit was to discuss possible avenues for cooperation in this field.

During the meeting, FTMC Director Prof. Dr Ramūnas Skaudžius, Deputy Director for Research Dr Lina Mikoliūnaitė, and Head of the Department of Innovation Dr Romuald Eimont presented the Center’s strategic priorities, international engagement, and collaboration with industry. Several FTMC laboratories were also introduced to the guests.

We were delighted to welcome this distinguished delegation and look forward to continued productive cooperation!
