FTMC department MECHANIKOS APC provides precise processing and prototyping services.

We provide:

design, mechanical engineering and manufacturing services for research labs;
single mechanical part with direct delivery service;
design and manufacturing services.

Computer aided design - 2D drawings, 3D drawings, engineering design and industrial design from a sketch.

We create objects and models using SolidWorks and AutoCAD software.
Preparing .Step .Dwg and .Dxf files for CNC workstations and .Stl for 3D printers.

CNC turning, milling, laser cutting - high precision aluminium, stainless steel, copper, brass, titanium parts like special holders, cases, bolts, rings, fixtures, fittings and etc.

Components can be anodized or coated with nickel, copper or gold acquiring excellent mechanical strength, scratch resistance, unprecedented anti-corrosion properties and superior shiny appearance.
Wide spectra of colors can be selected: yellow, red, green, blue, black, shiny, etc. with excellent colour retention for outdoor applications.
On demand we make plastic parts from polycarbonate, nylon, POM, ABS, Teflon and other materials.
We accept orders from 1 unit.
Precision up to 20 micrometres.

3D printing

Using DMLS technology we produce high precision 3D printed parts from extremely hard metals: stainless steel, tool steel, chrome-cobalt, titanium.
We accept orders from 1 unit.
Maximum possible part dimensions up to 250mm x 250mm x 250mm.
Special tools, holders, connectors, bolts, rings, and other complex parts that cannot be produced in a conventional CNC method.
We provide services of plastic parts and prototypes printing.
